So, she left a successful career in Advertising Design and Management and became a Broker for Antler Realtor in Banner Elk. Changing careers takes a lot of thought, and she needed to match her lifestyle priorities to her career interests, accomplishments & skill sets. Living in beautiful surroundings with changing seasons, wooded mountains and valleys was her top priority.  Steve was raised in Toledo, Ohio, where he attended Bowling Green State University. He has been in sales and sales Management for the past 30 years. He and family had been vacationing in the high country for 15 years before purchasing a home in Valle Crucis. He has been sales director for developers such as WCI communities and New Horizons.
